We feel this venue is fantastic with great road access, parking (Don’t forget to register at Reception!!), music areas and rooms with the added addition of use of pool and gym facilities, tennis courts, included in your room price (Spa Treatments are extra), & set in 17 Acres of beautiful grounds. Great local country walks from the hotel, the Picturesque Market Town of Thame just 10 minutes away & the Beautiful City Of Oxford 30 minutes away…….……all this at prices we think you will love too! Some exciting changes for sure, but with a limited number of only 330 people we believe it will fill very quickly, we think we have found a wonderful new home for CSW10.
Soul, Funk and Jazz in 3 rooms, all located on one floor, & YES, the Bumpy (Trinity Suite) room even has its own bar!, plus the Hotel Reception Main (Rycote/Terrace) bar from 5pm to 9pm Sunday evening, and of course our Dining Eclectic Musical Selections in the The Rycote Restaurant on Friday and Saturday evenings.
The hotel will be offering 10% discount on Spirits, Soft drinks, Wine and Draught Beer and Lager in the bars. And YES, the local Real Ale will return, as will the popular special deals on bottles of Prosecco! (PS, and for those already asking!! YES! the Soul Lounge (Terrace) bar has Guinness on tap, and they hope to have it in the soon to be refurbished main (College Suite) bar prior to our little get together.
With Easy access from M40, junction 7 if travelling from London or East/South East Via M25 , and junction 8A if travelling from the North, Midlands, South/South West, Wales etc, this continues to be A SOULfisticated event for those with fine tuned ears! EARLY BOOKINGS NOW RECOMMENDED
We have managed to Negotiate Accommodation packages which we think you will like!! For Fri/Sat. Room rates of £124 DBB per night single (NB We have a limited quantity of singles available so PLEASE GET IN QUICK IF YOU CANT/DONT WANT TO SHARE), £156 DBB per night Double or Twin, & NEW THIS TIME £239 per night for a Triple (Three Bed) package if traveling as a group for the Friday and Saturday Evening. All are Staged Pre-payable, non-transferrable, non-refundable . There are no uplifts for Views/type of rooms they will be allocated on a first come first requested basis, but due to shape size of the hotel walking/crawling back distances will be lower for all!!
Also please note the hotel have kindly agreed the following payment terms, 50% of cost will be taken on booking, & the 2nd 50% on 19th November, BUT only assuming you book prior to 30th September. Full fee will be taken at point of booking on any bookings from 1st October.
Also , For those who wish to stay over on the Sunday evening your room can be booked when you book for the weekend. This allows you to stay and enjoy the Finale CSW Style! (£99.00 Single Occ & £109.00 Double Occ – Bed & Breakfast Staged Pre-payable, non-transferrable, non-refundable –and have a drink or three! and wind down in the main bar in the evening with what has become a wonderful, happy, smiling, chilled, group of likeminded soulful friends for the Sweet Soul Session!!
NB And for those wishing to travel down on the Thursday, and extend their weekend further (Please note there are no event activities this evening) You can add this evening also on booking (£99.00 Single Occ & £109.00 Double Occ – Bed & Breakfast – Staged Pre-payable, non-transferrable, non-refundable.
Please remember the earlier you book the nearer you will be to the venues, and of course, it really helps us plan and prepare!
This year we have Held 200 Early Bird Wristbands @£85 (NB all early birds went within 72 hours the last 2 years so please be quick!!), Weekend Wristbands will then be £95.
For those who decide the hotel package is not required, and lets be honest with our new home this might apply to a few, but still want to join us, there are limited Day Pass options (but please get in quick if you decide to stay offsite and travel in) These are at £95 for the full weekend, £40 Friday only, £55 Saturday only
